The Olio Lighthouse is a third space built around open-hearted, open-minded New Yorkers who value connection, learning, and self-reflection. Olio Members enjoy a unique place to work and focus during the day and social gatherings for lifelong learners in the evening.

What an Ideal Workday Looks Like

We’ll be shaping this together, but we’re reimagining the traditional workday with practices and shared values that help us stay aligned and inspired. Here's what we’re envisioning:

• Morning Intentions: Start the day with goal setting and intention sharing.
• Accountability Check-Ins: Optional brief, supportive check-ins throughout the day to stay on track.
• Zoned Spaces: One room dedicated to quiet, focused work; another for light conversations and phone calls.
• Midday Recharge: Shared activities to break up the day—like rooftop dance breaks, stretching, or guided meditation by the wood stove.
• Cross-Pollination: A culture of sharing what we’re working on and what excites us—so we can learn from one another, share resources, and collaborate.
• Intentional Transitions: As the day winds down, we transition into evening offerings like Olito, professor-led lectures, film nights, date nights, and more.

About the Space

The Lighthouse is a cozy, light-filled second-floor space at 603 Bergen Street in the heart of Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. It’s designed to feel more like a home than an office—with plants, books, a rooftop, a wood stove, and plenty of room to both focus and connect. At least once per week we have events centered around lifelong learning, liberal arts and emotional curiosity.
